'Pain is whatever the experiencing person says it is, existing whenever he says it does" -Margo McCaffery

According to what I have read in Wikipedia, PAIN, in the sense of physical pain, is a typical sensory experience that may be described as the unpleasant awareness of a noxious stimulus or bodily harm. Individuals get acquainted to pain through various daily hurts and aches, and occasionally through more serious injuries or illnesses. Enough of this already, who cares about physical pain? That's not the kind that interests me.

Emotional pain, something that you get when you lose someone. Pain that can be felt by those who had their hearts broken. Why does pain last long while others can easily swipe it out and move on? Because they probably don't have a hard time accepting things. Or plainly because they are good in hiding their real emotion and make everybody else believe that they're fine. There is no easy way on making pain disappear, every human being always finds it hard to make it go away, it's how we handle pain that makes the difference.

If you are hurt and bleeding don't mourn because in pain there is greatness. Pain is hated. Nobody wants to feel rejected, nobody wants to be left alone, but weither we like it or not, pain exists and it's a part of our life. Pain is inevitable, to reject pain is to reject life itself. To make life worth living, we should embrace pain, feel it, cuddle it, for once pain leaves us we become stronger and a better person. Pain is temporary. It will eventually subside and something else will take its place. It takes time but to wait is worth doing. Pain is valuable. In pain we learn and we acknowledge its help once we realizes the goodness it did to us. In pain there is hope. We hope that after the pain, we become at peace and that happiness is felt once again.

To make the world balance, for every happiness that you feel there is pain. Everything in life may cause pain. If you get hurt, feel the pain.
